Africa’s Finest shito hot sauce adds a spicy kick to your fish and meat dishes. Shito (meaning pepper in Ga) hot pepper sauce has a distinct smoky flavour from the addition of smoked shrimp, and fragrance from rosemary. You can use this versatile sauce as a marinade or finishing sauce. Use this hot shito sauce as a marinade for chicken, beef or lamb, or stir a little of the sauce through rice.
