Mayata Chocolate Brownies

This recipe was made by our friends at Mayata Chocolate.

Ingredients 


 Method

  1. Mix the butter and chocolate. Add in both types of sugar and the egg yolks. Mix.
  2. Add in the flour and cocoa.
  3. Gently fold in the egg whites and add the nuts.
  4. Mix lightly.
  5. Pour into a greased pan
  6. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
  7. Reheat slightly before serving. Enjoy!
