Mayata Chocolate Brownies

This recipe was made by our friends at Mayata Chocolate.
Ingredients
- 380g Butter
- 200g Melted Mayata Colombia Paramillo 72% chocolate drops
- 260g brown sugar
- 80g sugar
- 6 eggs
- 90g flour
- 20g cocoa
- 160g pecan pieces
Method
- Mix the butter and chocolate. Add in both types of sugar and the egg yolks. Mix.
- Add in the flour and cocoa.
- Gently fold in the egg whites and add the nuts.
- Mix lightly.
- Pour into a greased pan
- Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Reheat slightly before serving. Enjoy!
