Mayata Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe was made by our friends at Mayata Chocolate.
Ingredients
- 180g Butter
- 190g Brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 250g Plain flour
- 4g dry yeast
- 200g chopped nuts
- 250g chocolate drops
Method
- Soften the butter and add the brown sugar. Blend the mixture.
- Stir in the egg, then the sifted flour and baking powder. Add the chocolate chips and nuts.
- Shape into long rolls of roughly 5cm thickness and freeze to harden.
- Cut into slices of about 1/2cm. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Bake at 160°C for about 15 minutes. Leave to cool. Enjoy!
