Funkin's Guava Colada is crafted from their Pro Pink Guava Puree made from the finest Brazilian Pink Guava. This fruit is notoriously challenging to source and use as a fresh ingredient due to its short shelf life and tendency to get easily damaged.
We mix up the classic Pina Colada with this deliciously tropical fruit, to turn up the tropical and deliver a delicious serve, perfect for summer.
Ingredients Serves: 1
- 25ml coconut rum (Malibu)
- 25ml white rum (Bacardi)
- 75ml Funkin pink guava puree
- 25ml coconut cream
- 10ml Funkin sugar cane syrup
- 5ml Funkin lime juice
Method
- Pour your preferred coconut rum, white rum, Funkin guava puree, lime juice, sugar cane and coconut cream into a blender with one cup of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple wedge.
