 How to make Goan Fish Curry

  1. Marinate the cod fillets in the Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade, turmeric, chilli powder and salt for 15-20 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sear the cod fillets skin side down for 6 mins or until golden, then turn and cook for 4 mins further, until the fish is cooked through.
  3. Add Goan Curry Sauce and simmer for 6-8 mins.
  4. Serve with rye curry leaf and chopped red chillies.
