Ingredients for Goan Fish Curry
- 1 Jar Goan Curry Cooking Sauce
- 1 Jar Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade
- 2 Cod Fillets
- Pinch of Turmeric
- Pinch of Chilli Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 2g Rye Curry Leaves
- 2g Red Chillis
How to make Goan Fish Curry
- Marinate the cod fillets in the Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade, turmeric, chilli powder and salt for 15-20 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan and sear the cod fillets skin side down for 6 mins or until golden, then turn and cook for 4 mins further, until the fish is cooked through.
- Add Goan Curry Sauce and simmer for 6-8 mins.
- Serve with rye curry leaf and chopped red chillies.
