The very first Piña Colada was made using Coco Lopez cream of coconut. The company's founder developed the tropical cocktail to showcase his wonderfully thick and velvety coconut cream. This classic recipe will transport you straight to the beach. Finish with a paper parasol for full holiday effect!
Ingredients
- 2oz Coco Lopez ® Cream of Coconut
- 2oz pineapple juice
- 1½ oz Light Rum
- 1 cup of ice
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender, until smooth
- Pour into a glass, and garnish with pineapple and a cherry
