This Littlepod vanilla paste is a natural flavouring made from Madagascan bourbon vanilla pods. Each tube is bursting with extracts from at least 20 pods, making it a super ingredient for sponges, custards and ice creams.
Unlike single-compound artificial essences, this dark and viscous Littlepod pure vanilla paste is layered with hundreds of natural compounds, resulting in depth and complexity. While most vanilla extracts use sugar-syrup bases, Littlepod’s vanilla paste includes a small amount of alcohol which evaporates during cooking, leaving clean, intense flavours.
LittlePod are a Devon-based company, producing responsibly sourced vanilla pods, pastes and extracts. LittlePod has three aims: to create products which promote exciting ways to use vanilla, to inform people about the benefits of using pure vanilla, and to help communities who rely on vanilla cultivation.
