This Ajumma Republic kimchi sauce is the authentic Korean flavours of fermented kimchi in a moreish condiment you will want to put on everything. This kimchi sauce is made from hot red pepper paste and soy sauce to achieve the sour-savoury-spicy flavours synonymous with kimchi. It is the perfect balance of earthy sweetness and fiery heat. 

Use this kimchi sauce to drizzle over donburi rice bowls, dip in korean fried chicken or add a spoonful to a sourdough mushroom and cheese toastie.
