Al Rabih Tahini, 454g

Al Rabih tahini, also called tahine, tahina or tahineh, is a rich sesame seed paste for your sweet and savoury cooking. Tahini comes from the Arabic word ṭaḥīniyya which translates as ‘to grind’, and describes the way sesame seeds are ground to create this paste. With a strong nutty taste, this creamy sesame paste is a key ingredient in Middle Eastern, Greek and Moroccan cooking. 

As well as using this sesame seed paste to make hummus, falafels and salad dressing, tahini is a fantastic pairing for your bakes. Swirl through blondie or brownie batter, add a spoonful to cookies or pair with dark chocolate in babka bread.
