This Alemany mountain honey in a ceramic jar is intensely floral and gently sweet. Harvested in the last summer in Catalonia where the bees feed on wild herbs and flowers, this amber-coloured honey is rich with floral flavours and a hint of saltiness.
With its natural sweetness, we love using this mountain honey in savoury dishes, be it drizzled over baked feta or paired with roast chicken. Alternatively, use in baking, from Greek yogurt cheesecakes to nutty granola.
