Sicilian almond paste is made from 100% Sicilian almonds that are roasted and blended into an ultra-smooth paste. The pure almond paste is a luxurious filling for macarons – pair with raspberry jam for an instant classic.
Fold the pure roasted almond paste into crème patissiere and use as the base for a cherry tart. Use in layered chocolate desserts, and even spread directly onto fresh bread or croissants.
