Made with 75% sour cherries and grape juice concentrate, this no added sugar preserve has an intense fruit flavour. As well as serving with cheese, this sour cherry preserve is wonderful in desserts – stir through blondie batters, add to almond galettes, or use it to make retro black forest gateau.
