Andritsaina Kritharaki Orzo, 500g
Description
Andritsaina Kritharaki orzo is the traditional Greek grain used to make Giouvetsi – a beef stew. Made from wheat and eggs, orzo is a small, short-cut type of pasta, shaped like grains of rice. Like arborio rice, orzo is wonderful at absorbing liquid – as well as adding it to Greek casseroles, use orzo to make seafood risottos, summer salads and minestrone soups.
Ingredients: Hard wheat flour, eggs, pasteurised cow’s milk, salt
Allergy advice: For allergens see ingredients listed in bold.
