Description

Use bubble tea powder flavouring creamer to make the popular Taiwanese drink – bubble tea – at home. Made of tapioca syrup, this easy-to-use powder has prominent milk flavours and an extra smooth texture. Simply blend the powder with your favourite black tea, syrup and ice, shake, then serve with cooked tapioca pearls for a sweet, cold drink. 

Follow these instructions for making milk tea:

To make 500ml bubble milk tea:

  1. Use 3 spoons of creamer (approx. 30g) to 200ml black tea or green tea, stir until it fully dissolves.
  2. Add 30ml of fructose syrup and fill up with ice
  3. Fully shake it and serve with 50g cooked pearls.
