Callebaut dark chocolate sticks for croissants and pain au chocolat make it incredibly simple to bake french pastries filled with the finest quality dark chocolate. Simply place in your laminated dough before baking.

Rich with more than 44% cocoa, these sticks are made with a special recipe which consists of less cocoa butter, making them more resistant to high oven temperatures to prevent them from burning. This means a flakey, crisp, baked croissant can be achieved, with a soft chocolate centre and no bitter taste. 

These sticks are ideally for use in professional kitchens or bakeries. Contains approximately 300 sticks.
