Caputo Integrale Whole Wheat Flour, 5kg
Description
Caputo Integrale is an Italian whole-wheat flour. It is made by grinding the whole wheat grain, including the bran and germ. The result is a versatile wholegrain flour that is rich in fibre.
In Italy, integrale flour is used to make bread with a rustic texture. Once baked, these hearty loaves have a wonderful nutty aroma. You can also use the flour to make wholewheat crackers to serve with cheese and pâté.
This Italian flour creates dough with excellent elasticity. It requires a longer kneading time to allow the gluten to properly develop. Use it on its own or combine with other flours to add fibre to your bakes.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Caputo is also part of the first soft wheat supply chain in Italy, working exclusively with Italian farms to increase the traceability and quality of the raw materials - from sowing to harvest, the process is 100% made in Italy.
