Casa Marrazzo’s Italian broccoli friarielli in oil is a beautiful ingredient, loved across Italy. The broccoli friarielli stems are preserved in oil, for a rich and rounded flavour. They also have a hint of chilli and garlic which adds gentle warmth. This slender variety of broccoli is fantastic served with sausage on a creamy pizza base, or served simply with a squeeze of lemon and grating of Parmesan cheese.
