Description

Cashew nuts are a popular snack – either on their own, or roasted with honey and spices. The nuts are also a great addition to creamy Indian curries – try a take on a murgh makhani, or butter chicken dish, with crushed cashews in the sauce.

Chinese cooking also uses cashews – try adding to a crushed yellow bean sauce to go with chicken, or a garlic and soy-based sauce with beef.
