The cast iron grill pan is versatile and resilient. It’s fantastic for searing steaks and fish, or for griddling vegetables. The ridged pan base allows fat to drain away from meat as it cooks, giving you lovely smoky bar-marks. It’s also a brilliant pan for making flat-breads with a simple flour and yoghurt dough.

Cast iron is a great choice for every kitchen. It reaches extremely high heats, and conducts evenly – with no hot-spots!
