Cavi-Art Vegan Caviar

Description

Cavi-art’s vegan caviar is a great alternative for luxurious fish caviar - but made entirely from seaweed! Use the Caviart caviar for canapés and dinner party dishes,

This plant-based alternative to caviar is used by professional chefs in some of the country’s best restaurants.

Unlike traditional caviar, Cavi-art’s seaweed caviar is sustainable, shelf-stable and can be enjoyed by vegans and vegetarians.

Serve on blinis, open sandwiches, scrambled eggs and seared scallops.

Made from sustainably sourced kelp

Cavi-art’s black seaweed caviar is made from sustainably sourced kelp which has a savoury, umami-rich flavour.

The kelp is dried and turned into a powder which is then mixed with salt, water, spices and citric acid. The result is tiny black pearls that will transform everyday dishes into something very special! Use it to make show-stopping starters, sushi and seafood salads.

By choosing Cavi-art, you can preserve future fish stocks whilst impressing your dinner guests.

Far less expensive than fish roe, this plant-based caviar is a great choice for eco-conscious cooks.
