The Chairo sushi platter has a built-in soy sauce compartment. It’s perfect for serving homemade or store-bought sushi. Use chopsticks to dip maki rolls into the soy sauce.
This elegant platter is decorated in warm shades of brown and beige. Chairo means ‘tea colour’ in Japanese. The shiny glaze and textured surface give it an authentic Japanese look.
The platter can also be used to serve sashimi and small appetisers. Fill it with vegetable gyoza and serve with a ponzu dipping sauce.
