Chimac Korean BBQ Sauce, 350g

Description

Chimac Korean BBQ sauce is sweet, funky and totally unique. It’s made with fermented soybeans, brown sugar and a secret blend of spices. Cider vinegar gives it a fresh, tangy taste.

This Korean-inspired sauce is a tasty alternative to American BBQ sauce. You can use it to marinade ribs, wings and brisket before grilling. The sweet, tangy sauce caramelises in the heat, giving your meat a delicious glaze.

Spread Chimac Korean BBQ sauce on burger buns and flatbreads. It’s fantastic with pulled pork and fried chicken. You can also serve it as a dip with fries and pizza.

Chimac sauces are made in Dublin and inspired by the flavours of Korea.
