• Place it in a sieve and strain homemade stock through for a clear broth
• Make homemade ricotta with milk and sea salt, straining the curds through the muslin and allowing the curds to sit for 15 minutes, then gently squeezing to remove excess liquid
• Line a pudding basin with muslin before adding Christmas pudding mixture and steaming
• Brew homemade kombucha and use muslin to cover the liquid
