Description

Cool Chile Co Mojo de Ajo is a rich chilli sauce, made from garlic and smoky chipotle chillies. Chipotle chillies have a mellow, savoury flavour on the chilli scale. This complements the rich garlic and extra virgin olive oil ingredients in this sauce. Fruity tomato paste adds a tangy note to cut through the deep layers of savoury, warm flavours.

Add a spoonful of this Mojo de Ajo to enrich Mexican and Spanish classics like Istmo stew or patatas bravas. Combine with olive oil to dress meat and vegetables, or enjoy as a spicy alternative to tomato ketchup.
