Cool Chile Co’s Oaxaca hot chocolate is rich and indulgent with subtle spice and a creamy, nutty flavour. Mixed with hot milk and frothed before serving, it’s the ideal way to relax after a long day.

Cool Chile Co makes their hot chocolate with Tabasqueño beans grown in the Selva Zoque in Southern Mexico. These fruity cacao beans are combined with fragrant cinnamon to add a sweet, woody perfume and gentle spice flavour, while almonds add a decadent creaminess.

This cacao is sourced by Agrofloresta, an organisation that conserves cacao, preserves cultures, supports farmers and protects animals and rainforests. The lever tins are recyclable in household bins.

How to serve Maya hot chocolate:

Heat 200ml of milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stir in 3 tbsp (30g) of Maya hot chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted, then continue heating until hot but not boiling. Whisk until frothy just before pouring.
