Description
The De Buyer Kwik mini piston funnel lets you fill a whole muffin tray quickly and easily – and with less mess.
Pour the cake batter into the funnel, then press the trigger on the handle to release a stream of batter into a mould or tray. The flow stops as soon as you release the trigger for precise control and fewer drips.
You can also use the mini piston funnel to fill moulds for freezing, or even to decorate cakes with a smooth stream of mirror glaze.
The piston funnel is heavy-duty stainless steel, and is suitable for use with cold or hot preparations up to 80°C. It comes with a stand for stability while filling, and to keep it upright while you do other things. The mechanism is removable for easy cleaning.
The De Buyer Kwik mini piston funnel is 15cm in diameter and 15cm high, with a capacity of 800ml. Including the handle, the total length of the funnel is 18.5cm. For compact storage, turn the funnel upside-down and slot the stand over the top.
