The De Buyer 28cm non-stick frying pan is ideal for gentle cooking and reheating. Poach fillets of fish, cook a Spanish tortilla for the whole family or reduce pasta sauces to just the right thickness to cling to your pasta.
The frying pan has a ‘lyonnaise’ profile – this means there are no sharp, straight edges around the rim, so food slides easily from pan to plate. The inside of the aluminium pan is coated with 5 layers of PFAO-free, PTFE non-stick Choc 5 – De Buyer’s most durable non-stick coating designed for heavy professional use. To keep the non-stick coating in top condition for many years to come, avoid using metal utensils with the pan.
The De Buyer non-stick frying pan is 28cm in diameter with a 22cm handle.
The metal handle can become hot when cooking. Therefore, you may wish to consider purchasing the compatible glove handle to protect your hands.
Handwash only, avoid abrasive cleaners. Not suitable for induction.
