Dexam Terracotta Garlic Baker

Description

Roast whole bulbs of garlic in Dexam’s terracotta garlic baker. The heat of the oven mellows the strong flavour of raw garlic. Bake for around 45 minutes until the cloves are soft and spreadable.

Roasted garlic has a sweet, nutty flavour. Crush the softened cloves with a fork and mix them through mashed potato. Or, spread them directly onto toasted bread. Top with your favourite herbs and a pinch of sea salt.

Roasted garlic is a wonderful addition to dressings and marinades. Pair it with olive oil and rosemary to rub into chicken thighs and legs of lamb. The mellow garlic flavour is delicious in pasta sauces and dips like baba ganoush.

Dexam’s garlic baker is internally glazed for easy cleaning. It doesn’t require seasoning, so you can start cooking straight away.

Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before storing.
