Difatti gluten free gnocchi are an Italian classic, and now gluten free! These plump potato dumplings are quick to cook and go with all your favourite pasta sauces.
The gluten-free gnocchi are made with rice and corn flour instead of wheat flour. Difatti use traditional Italian methods to make sure they have the same great flavour and texture as classic gnocchi.
To cook the gnocchi, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Add the gluten-free gnocchi and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the gnocchi float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon, and add your favourite toppings or pasta sauce.
Ingredients: rehydrated potato (70%) (water, potato flakes), potato starch, corn flour (12%), corn starch, salt, rice flour (3%), acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid, turmeric.
