The steamer tray has small holes to allow steam to circulate. This helps your food to cook quickly and evenly. You can enjoy siu mai and har gau in minutes!
Use this dim sum steamer to cook cheung fun and char siu bao (BBQ pork buns). It can also be used to steam vegetables, seafood and puddings.
To prevent your dim sum from sticking, lightly oil the steamer before use. Alternatively, place parchment paper or leaves of lettuce or cabbage under your food.
