Emile Henry Limited Edition Black Truffle Tagine, 32cm

Description

Cook low and slow in Emile Henry’s Black Truffle tagine. It’s made from their signature Flame® ceramic with a stylish matte black finish. Use it in your oven or on your stove to make mouthwatering tagines and stews.

The conical lid allows steam to circulate and fall back into your dish. This intensifies the flavours and keeps your ingredients moist and tender. The heavy base heats gently and evenly for long, slow cooking.

Start your dish by browning meat and caramelising onions in the base. Then, turn the heat down and leave it to simmer on the hob or in the oven. The tagine is suitable for most stovetops, including gas, but not suitable for induction.

Carry the tagine to your table to serve guests family-style. As you lift the lid, you release the wonderful aromas of your tagine or curry. With a generous 2.5L capacity, the Black Truffle tagine can feed 8-10 people.

Handmade in Emile Henry’s Burgundy workshops, this limited edition tagine comes with a 10 year warranty.

Dishwasher safe. Oven safe up to 350°C. Suitable for gas, electric and ceramic hobs. Not suitable for induction.
