FSG Enoki Mushroom, 158g

Description

Enoki mushrooms are a popular ingredient in Japanese, Korean and Chinese cuisine. If you don’t have fresh mushrooms to hand, these are the next best thing. You can keep them in your store cupboard to add to fried rice, noodle soups and Asian salads.

The mushrooms are preserved in oil with mustard, garlic, ginger and chilli. This gives the mushrooms a savoury, slightly spicy flavour. They’re a delicious addition to stir fries or simply eaten with steamed rice.

Add the enoki mushrooms to bao buns or use them as a dumpling filling. You can mix them with tofu or other vegetables to make wontons and gyoza.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
