Essential Cuisine’s Asian aromatic base is a fragrant instant stock mix, with flavours of lemongrass, coriander, ginger and star anise. The 1kg tub is ideal for professional use, and will make 25 litres of stock base.

Use to flavour Malaysian, Japanese and Vietnamese broths and noodle soups. Or use to make a sharp fragrant marinade by combining the Asian aromatic base with honey and soy sauce – to glaze carrots and root vegetables before roasting.
