Essential Cuisine lobster glace adds fabulous depth of flavour to your dishes in seconds. The heavily reduced richly flavoured lobster & fish stock is a magical storecupboard ingredient. Give your sauces and marinades tremendous richness and a great hit of flavour. The lobster glace has been developed by chefs for chefs. 

You'll find many uses for the Essential Cuisine lobster glace:

  • Dilute with water to use instead of lobster stock for a richer tasting broth: try in a rich bouillabaisse or fish soup
  • Intensify flavours in sauces & salads: stir a little lobster glace into cream sauce to serve with pan-fried sea bass or plaice, or mix a little into the dressing for a prawn or shrimp salad
  • Stir a little into a risotto for added flavour and richness: add a dash to a fennel and shrimp risotto or paella
  • Brush the lobster glace onto scallops or lobster before grilling for a richly flavoured and deeply coloured glaze

Ingredients: lobster stock (water, lobster (crustacean) extract, tomato, carrot juice), fish stock (water, fish extract, mussel stock (water, mussel (mollusc) extract), maltodextrin, salt, sunflower oil, yeast extracts, natural flavouring, spice extract. Refrigerate after opening.
