Description

Cannelloni are long, hollow pasta tubes that are typically filled then baked. You can stuff them with ragu or a creamy spinach and ricotta filling. Top with tomato sauce and mozzarella, then bake for around 25 minutes. The result is a cosy, comforting dish the whole family will enjoy. 

Cannelloni is a tasty alternative to lasagne and other baked pasta dishes. Fill the tubes with bolognese sauce or ox cheek and mushroom ragu. For meat-free days, try an aubergine parmigiana-inspired filling.

Filotea pasta is slow dried and bronze drawn. This process gives it a rough, porous texture that helps sauces to cling. Once cooked, it has a silky mouthfeel with a little bite, just like fresh pasta.
