Filotea Nidi Linguine Pasta, 500g
Description
Linguine originates from the Liguria region of northwest Italy. The long, slender strands are half the width of fettuccine. Linguine is best enjoyed with light, delicate sauces.
Linguine is a popular choice for fish and seafood dishes. Try tossing cooked linguine with cherry tomatoes, garlic and fresh white crab meat. It’s great with clams, prawns and mussels. For a vegetarian meal, pair linguine with fresh pesto or a lemon butter sauce.
Filotea pasta is slow dried and bronze drawn. This process gives it a rough, porous texture that helps sauces to cling. Once cooked, it has a silky mouthfeel with a little bite, just like fresh pasta.
The dried pasta is presented in nests in Filotea’s iconic black and brown boxes.
Cooking time: 8 minutes
Store in a cool, dry place.
