Tagliatelle paglia e fieno originates from the Tuscan city of Siena. It’s often served with a delicate cream sauce with peas and prosciutto. You can also toss the green and yellow strands with sage butter or fresh pesto.

Filotea pasta is slow dried and bronze drawn. This process gives it a rough, porous texture that helps sauces to cling. Once cooked, it has a silky mouthfeel with a little bite, just like fresh pasta.

The dried pasta is presented in nests in Filotea’s iconic black and brown boxes.
