Fire Shallots and Shrimps in Chilli Oil, 180g

Description

This chilli oil is infused with shallots, garlic and pungent shrimp paste. It’s a fiery flavour bomb for Asian recipes.

Packed with dried chillies, this fragrant oil is not for the faint-hearted. Spice lovers will enjoy the tongue tingling heat and tangy, savoury flavour. It has notes of unami from dried shrimp and shrimp paste.

Use this chilli oil to spice up all kinds of Asian dishes. You can add it to stir fries, noodle soups and hot pots. Try mixing it with soy sauce and rice vinegar to make a dipping sauce. It’s delicious with dim sum and vegetable tempura.

This fiery, funky chilli oil is great with cold dishes, too. Drizzle it over rice noodles with poached chicken and crunchy cucumber. Or, use it to dress a smacked cucumber salad.

Store in a cool dry place and refrigerate once opened.
