Francois Doucet’s chocolate-coated apricot fruit jellies are the finest French confectionery. The vibrant spheres are multi-layered, with a floral apricot jelly centre wrapped in a thin layer of marzipan. A double layer of creamy white and milk chocolate encases the filling. About Francois Doucet

Francois Doucet is a French confectionery company who has been making exceptional pralines, jellies and chocolate treats for over 50 years. They are inspired by Provencale flavours and make their confections using nuts and fruits from Provence. The star of the show is Francois Doucet’s almond praline, which uses a recipe that is over three centuries old.

Ingredients: Apricot flavoured fruit paste 41,5% (fruit pulp 21% (apricot 14,5%, pear 6,5%), sugar, invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, Grand Marnier® extract 3%, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, natural aroma of apricot and Bourbon vanilla), milk chocolate 20,8% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, emulsifier: lecithin [soy], natural vanilla flavouring), white chocolate 20,8% (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, milk fat, emulsifier : lecithin [soy], natural vanilla flavouring), almond paste 14,5% (almonds, sugar, stabilisers: sorbitol and acacia gum, bitter almond essential oil), Grand Marnier® extract 1%, coating agents: acacia gum and shellac, colouring ingredient: beetroot juice, powder of raspberry, paprika.
