Furikake Nori, 50g

Description

Furikake nori is an umami-rich garnish for white rice, tofu and fish. Furikake is a dry Japanese condiment, traditionally made with dried fish and seaweed. It was created at the start of the 20th century as a way to increase the nutrient intake of the Japanese population. Nowadays, there are numerous varieties of furikake. 

This nori version is rich with salty, seaweed flavours - use it as a coating for onigiri - Japanese rice balls, sprinkle it over rice bowls, or pair with grilled seafood.

Ingredients: white sesame, black sesame, Norie (11.07%), sugar, aonori seaweed (3%), salt, flavour enhancer (E621), fermented seasoning, soy sauce (contains soybean and wheat (gluten))
