This Puglian organic olive oil in a hand-crafted terracotta bottle is an exquisite example of Galantino’s finest Fruttato Medio extra virgin olive oil. The olives, grown in one of Italy’s oldest olive growing regions, are renowned for producing some of the finest cold pressed oils in Europe. 

This organic oil is fruity with a mellow, balanced aroma. It is smooth with a classic olive oil flavour to start, finishing with a powerful peppery kick and a lingering, deep olive flavour.

How to open

These ceramic bottles are corked and can be opened with a traditional T-shaped wine corkscrew. The bottle's cork is much shorter than a regular wine bottle, so only a couple of screws are needed to get a firm grip. Pull out in a controlled and slow movement. If the cork breaks, a Cork Stopper will allow for a controlled pour and to preserve the oil.
