Galician Clams in Brine, 110g

Description

Galician clams in brine are small round clams with lovely natural sweetness. Clams are a popular Spanish tapas dish, along with razor clams and squid in tomato sauce

The delicate clams are delicious served in a garlic, butter and parsley sauce with al dente spaghetti, or scattered over colourful seafood paella. Try adding them to a warm salad, with roasted veg, fried chorizo, torn basil and croutons.
