Génépi is an Alpine liqueur made from the flowers of the génépi plant. Part of the sage family, génépi grows 1500 meters above sea level. It is harvested in the summer and then macerated in alcohol. This slow, natural process preserves its unique flavour.

This aperitif has a complex flavour with notes of chamomile and mint. It can be enjoyed as a pre-dinner tipple or an after-dinner digestif. It’s typically served neat but can also be used in cocktails or mixed with tonic.
