Produced in France, this aperitif combines white wine with a raspberry infusion. It’s sweet and tangy with long-lasting raspberry flavour. You can use it in place of Chambord to make a French martini. Shake raspberry liqueur, pineapple juice and vodka with ice until frothy. Strain into a chilled glass and enjoy its sweet, fruity taste and aroma.

Raspberry liqueur gives desserts a boozy red berry kick. It’s particularly good in creamy desserts like panna cotta and crème brûlée. Try adding it to a fruit coulis for grown-up ice cream sundaes.
