Gymkhana’s tandoori marinade is made with mustard oil, garam masala and Kashmiri chillis. These deep red chillies give the marinade its heat and vibrant colour.

This classic Indian marinade is ideal for grilling and barbecuing. It’s delicious with chicken, paneer and skewers of steak. Try brushing it over king prawns or even a whole roast chicken.

For best results, leave your food to marinade overnight.
