Gymkhana’s garlic and chilli marinade is the sauce that does it all. The tomato passata base is infused with Kashmiri chilli, spices and a generous amount of roasted garlic. It has a rich, savoury flavour that makes any ingredient sing.

You can use it to marinade chicken thighs, paneer and seafood. It’s a great way to add flavour to prawns or sweetcorn before barbecuing. Try using it to marinade a whole cauliflower for an impressive veggie main.

For best results, leave your food to marinade for two hours. This allows the flavours to properly infuse.

This garlic and chilli marinade can also be added to dips and dressings. It adds an instant boost of flavour to stir fries and curry sauces.
