Gymkhana Vindaloo Cooking Sauce, 300ml

Description

Make a classic Goan curry with Gymkhana’s vindaloo cooking sauce. It’s hot, sour and fragrant with cloves, black pepper and Kashmiri chilli.

Traditional recipes use pork but you can also use beef, lamb or venison. At Gymkhana’s London restaurant, they make an incredible pork cheek vindaloo. Serve your curry with basmati rice and naan to mop up the sauce.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Pan-fry your meat or vegetables until three-quarters done.
  2. Add the sauce with 2 tablespoons of water and bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer for approximately five minutes, or until your ingredients are cooked.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh coriander (optional) and serve.
