Hakutake umepon is a refreshing, low-alcohol plum wine to sip over ice. Sour Japanese plums blend with dekopon juice to create this easy-sipping serve with a light finish.
Dekopon is a seedless and sweet variety of satsuma that originates from Japan. To classify as a dekopon, the fruit must have citric acid levels below 1%, and the fruit’s intense sweetness has been likened to candy. Enjoy this sweet and fruity tipple over ice, or mix with soda water to create a longer cocktail.
