Description
This virgin olive oil is infused with porcini mushrooms to give it an earthy, umami flavour. The mushrooms are macerated in the oil for 15 days, then removed and pressed. The resulting oils are blended and filtered, ready to be drizzled over salads and grilled meat.
This porcini-flavoured olive oil is a wonderful finishing oil for your favourite mushroom dishes. Add a dash to cosy casseroles, soups, sauces and creamy stroganoff. When porcini are in season, this golden oil will instantly elevate a pasta or risotto made with the prized fungi.
