J-Basket’s udon noodles with soup makes a hearty and warming bowl of udon noodle soup in minutes. These thick udon noodles add a satisfying chewy texture to an enriched broth which is flavoured with soy, mirin and kelp for warm savoury flavours. Simply boil the noodles in water and add stir through the sauce for noodle soup instantly. 

Udon noodles also work wonderfully in stir-fries - combine the sauce packet with sesame oil and fresh ginger to create a tangy ginger chicken udon. 

Instructions for use: 1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, drain well and place in a bowl. 2. Add soup and 280ml of boiling water to the bowl, stir well. 3. Serve with your favourite garnish.

Ingredients: noodles (wheat flour, water, starch, salt, acidity regulator: E270, thickener: E401). soup (water, soy sauce (water, defatted soybeans, salt, wheat, ethyl alcohol), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, sweet cooking alcohol(mirin) (glucose syrup, ethyl alcohol), hydrolysed soy protein, kelp extract (kelp, ethyl alcohol), flavour enhancer: E621, yeast extract (yeast, maltodextrin, salt), hydrolysed soy protein, flavour enhancer: E635).
